Wrestling is open to all boys & girls in grades 7 & 8. Practice begins after school and runs until 4:30 pm. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (unless there is a game scheduled). Rides should be at Phoenix by 4:25 pm for student pick-up. A sports physical or alternate year card as well as a Concussion Waiver Form and Emergency Contact Card are required to participate in this sport.
